Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed, we aim to have the item/s shipped on the same day, or the next working day if this is not attainable. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the same day or may be shipped first thing the following Monday (excluding bank holidays when the shop is closed, in this instance we would ship the order the next day that the shop is open). The following delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping and are inclusive of UK mainland locations only. Areas outside of the UK mainland may take longer to be delivered.

Our shipping costs (UK Mainland) are as follows:

Standard Delivery - £3.95 (Delivered in 3-5 working days)

Express Delivery - £5.95 (Delivered in 1-2 working days)

Orders over £50 -  Free standard delivery!

Please note that we use mainly Royal Mail to ship our parcels, and Evri on occasion. If you would like to request a specific courier, please email lauren@milnersofleyburn.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If you need your order sending to The Channel Islands or The Isle Of Man and find that you cannot do so through our online checkout system, please email lauren@milnersofleyburn.co.uk with the item(s) you wish to order and your delivery address. We can then take payment over the phone and send your order via Evri or Royal Mail.

We also offer a click and collect service, where collection is available from our Leyburn store. We aim to have click and collect orders ready within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Customers will be notified via email once we have the order ready for collection.
